Switched to VBDec audio decoder for improved compatibility:
Music and sounds replaced with original PS2 versions;
Fixed radio switching when player controls are disabled;
Fixed engine acceleration sound playing after exiting a vehicle.

Added support for the rear touchpad;
Remapped map zoom controls to R1/R2;
Removed black border when aiming with the rocket launcher;

Fixed jittery vehicle movement at low framerates;
Fixed a bug causing the custom waypoint to disappear after loading a save.

Changed game TITLEID to GTA3RT000;
Fixed game file path structure;
Added file integrity check on PS Vita;
Refactored and cleaned up vehicle logic code;
Cleaned and fixed the object physics module;
Improved car behavior and fixed potential bugs;
Fixed an issue where NPC near-ped counters could go negative;
Fixed incorrect Z-axis placement after teleportation or cutscenes;
Fixed props that lacked collisions due to broken optimization logic.
