Switched to VBDec audio decoder for improved compatibility:
Music and sounds replaced with original PS2 versions;
Fixed radio switching when player controls are disabled;
Fixed engine acceleration sound playing after exiting a vehicle.

Remapped map zoom controls to L1/R1;
Removed black border when aiming with the rocket launcher;

Fixed a bug where entering boats required pressing the button twice;
Fixed jittery vehicle movement at low framerates;
Fixed a bug causing the custom waypoint to disappear after loading a save.
