Audio & Radio
Replaced audio decoder with VBDec for improved compatibility:
Music and sounds restored from the original PS2 version;
Fixed missing kick sound when knocking NPCs off bikes;
Fixed police radio chatter when boats are destroyed or empty;
Fixed acceleration sound continuing after exiting a vehicle.
Interface & Controls
Added controller vibration support;
Map zoom controls remapped to R1/R2;
Added toggle for map legend with Square button;
"Back" button mapped to Circle;
Removed black border when aiming with the rocket launcher;

Refactored and cleaned up vehicle logic;

Improved car behavior and fixed potential bugs;
Fixed Rockstar optimization bug that prevented pedestrian spawning;
