Sound and Radio
Radio stations have been rebuilt for improved compatibility;
An additional siren sound has been added to emergency vehicles when pressing L3.
Interface and Controls
Added the option to permanently display the wanted level in the HUD;
Added the ability to switch to free aim while using auto-aim, similar to the Xbox version;
Updated control icons in the HUD: redesigned with a mix of 10th Anniversary Edition and Definitive Edition styles;
Fixed a bug where the mini-map wouldn’t load in time during fast travel;
Fixed crashes when opening the world map.
Graphics and Environment
Added road surface reflections during rainy weather;
Improved reflective surfaces on vehicles;
Added an option to disable the motion blur and FOV effect when driving;
Fixed a bug where environment textures disappeared when zooming in with the sniper rifle;
Fixed visual glitches on various environmental objects (more than 40 texture corrections);
Fixed the Tornado car model;
Fixed the rear wheel size on the ambulance;
Fixed exhaust smoke positions for several vehicles;
Fixed classic shadow for CJ;
Fixed shadow in certain interiors;
Fixed muzzle flash not displaying on the final bullet;
Fixed air bubble position when CJ is underwater;
Restored missing road sign labels;
Added flashing warning lights to road barricades;
Fixed stretched light glow effects;
Restored original environmental textures to prevent crashes;
Reduced the number of modified DFF models to improve stability and prevent crashes;
Fixed the texture on wooden crates.
Gameplay and Logic
Restored ambulance and firetruck response mechanics;
Pedestrians and vehicles no longer despawn when out of view;
Changed the aiming camera for the Country Rifle to a third-person perspective;
Enabled sprinting inside interiors;
Removed speed limits for vehicles on highways and certain map areas;
Fixed a bug where CJ could pick up items from a distance;
NPCs no longer die when their vehicles are hijacked;
Grove Street Families gang members can now ride bicycles;
Fixed escalator ladders;
Fixed damage values for the flower bouquet;
Removed the ability to jump into convertibles.
Engine
Fixed water physics and behavior;
Fixed rendering issues in cutscenes;
Updated configuration app:
Added toggles for several patches;
Redesigned the UI;
Changed the game’s TITLEID to GTASART00;
Fixed file path issues within the game structure;
Added a file existence check for PS Vita system directories;
Enabled shader cache to a separate folder;
Updated to the latest version of VitaGL.
Animations
Fixed shooting and reloading animations for:
Shotgun, Minigun, Rifle, Tech-9.
Other
Fixed fonts for multiple languages;
Corrected localization files;
Remapped controls to follow the PS3 version layout;
Updated LiveArea assets and in-game manual;
Completely rebuilt textures, removed unused data, and optimized game files.
